Note: We design the camera to adapt to constantly changing voltage levels (within normal range +/- 10%) produced by vehicles' battery and alternator. However, during start up, some vehicles have very high momentary voltage which may cause overload and damage to the camera. NightVision* Question from customer: this camera does not come with Infrared LED light, so how can it see objects in the dark
Answer: The sensor is hyper sensitive and need only the reverse light to pickup and display objects when you put your vehicle in reverse gear.
Viewing angle can refer to either of these angles shown in the diagram below.
For 1.7mm lens, the CC angle is approximately 150 degree, but the SS angle is approximately 120 degree.
