Offered here is a two-in-one new good quality aftermarket RIBLESS (RIB NOT REQUIRED) Control cable / programming cable / cloning cable for ICOM Radios. It is a replacement cable for Icom's CT17 CI-V interface box with the OPC-478 programming cable and OPC-592 programming adapter. It features a DB9 connector which plugs into your computer's serial port RS232. External power not needed since power comes from RS232 (DTR high). The circuitry is discrete and fits inside the DB-9 head.
Will work with Icom radios that are programmed through the 8-pin RJ-45 microphone jack such as:
