If you currently have an ear mic / earbud for your GP300 series radio, don't throw it away. It will also work with your HT radios via the adapter (included) shown in picture 1 and 2. Simply unplug the speaker mic and plug in your earbud PTT (which we also sell and list separately at eBay). This speaker mic is expensive for good reason!
