What you see in picture 1 is what you get. You shall get ONE (1) set of  the camera and a RCA (Female) to BNC (Male) converter adapter

Picture 3: The yellow female RCA plug connects to any TV/monitor that has an RCA input signal line.  Every TV that will connect to a VCR/DVD player is guaranteed to work with our camera.  the red power cable (plug) should be connected to a 12 V power supply, which is the voltage all standard van/car battery provides.  If you don?t have the connecting head that fits our plug, you can cut the red plug from our camera and connect the exposed line directly to your car battery?s power supply, which is what I did on my car.

 Note: We design the camera to adapt to constantly changing voltage levels (within normal range +/- 10%) produced by vehicles' battery and alternator. However, during start up, some vehicles have very high momentary voltage which may cause overload and damage to the camera. To avoid such situation, we advice you to seek professional vehicle audio/video equipment installers. 

Although Operating Temperature is rated at a minimum of +14F, guess what, this is my real life experience with this awesome camera!  Picture below is worth a thousand words indeed!!!  I was so impressed that I grab my digital camera and take the photo below, even though my car backup camera is installed outside the car and it was -23 Fahrenheit outside!!!
