The cable is
shielded to prevent noise interference. It is deliberately limited to
22 inch to avoid clutter with other equipment that you may be wearing
on your uniform. The High-Low Switch allows you to change the speaker
volume from High to Low, it compliments your volume knob on your radio.
The speaker comes with a UHF 430-470MHz antenna. If your
radio uses VHF frequency, you can replace the included UHF antenna with
the one that meets your frequency requirement. We also sell a wide
varieties of HT1000 antenna.
The
3.5mm connector lets you install optional ear piece
 for
private communications.
