Our cable works with many common ham radio logging programs ( )
and your PC to allow computer control of your ICOM radio. It features an USB connector which plugs into your computer's USB port. External power not needed since power comes from USB connector. A mini phone plug for the REMOTE jack on your ICOM radio. The circuitry is discrete and fits inside the USB head.
This cable can also be used for cloning with ICOM's handheld receivers when plugged into the CI-V jack (not the speaker jack).
With slight modification, you can expand the range of ICOM radio with which this cable can program. I shall leave this to the experts.
