|You can connect to the device
via your internet browser. Web interface allows you to manage users,
hardware settings, search records and do various other functions. Pls

|CONTROLLER is managed via
NETWORK or USB connection. Simply plug the unit to your network hub or
PC's USB port.
|Allows you to download
attendance data from the controller to your USB drive.
|Controller can be setup to play
MP3 tunes from your MP3 file at fixed time period. Playback sound will
be sent to the on board speaker or you can connect your stereo system
to the output of the controller to achieve higher quality sound.
|Software will be provided to
manage and track time attendance with the following functionalities:
|Multi Controller Support
|Each software is capable
of managing multiple units of controller. Each controller must be
registered with the software.
|Raw Data Export
|Lets you export
time/attendance data to your payroll system such as Quicken or
PeachTree via CSV file format.
|Create shifts to define
normal working time. Work time outside of shifts may be treated as
|Define holidays and assign
names such as "CHRISTMAS", "NEW YEAR". Work time that falls within
holidays may be treated as Overtime.
|Classify employees by
departments. This is different from GROUP. GROUP controls access while
departments only provide easy organization of data when you export it
to your Payroll System.
|Automated Data Download
|Automatic download of log
data from all registered controllers. Each controller can store
up to50,000 transactions. Once downloaded, data will be removed from
controller and stored in a database by the software.
|Backs up all data from a
registered controller so that if the controller failed, data can be
restored to a replacement unit.

|Report that shows
date/time when user attempted to access a registered controller.
|Time Card Report
|Report that shows
employee's time card, employee must clock in/out by scanning their
finger or RFID card.

|Simplify adiministration by
assigning users to groups so that security settings can be applied to a
few groups rather than hundreds of unique individual users.
|Creates time zones that defines
intervals of time that users can access a facility. These time zones
can then be assigned to groups or individual users to limit the time
when they can access the facility. For example, you can create a group
called CUSTODIAN and assign time zone of 9 PM - 5 AM. When you add a
new custodian to the group, he/she will automatically be limited to
access the facility between 9 PM to 5PM.
|Alarm will sound if tamper
switch is triggered by unwanted removal of controller unit.
|Voice prompts help
adiministrators to add/delete users on the controller. It also guides
user through the authentication process. For example, if it failes to
authenticate your fingerprint, it will say "Please Try Again".
|Power saving options such as
auto shutdown, auto sleep and idle time can be adjusted.
